They dont make my coffee correctly. They either forget to add milk which is the whole point of a LATTE, they dont add syrup or the espresso in the lattes taste burned. I order the same thing every time. Today they didnt add my pumpkin syrup. Like how??? Disappointed. It wasn't like this before.

I spoke with a girl who was cooking for who I thought was in charge, she responded by grabbing the cup slamming the cup and showing she was upset by my question. Do better real talk especially when you have customers watching. A customer should be able to express themselves about their items without the employee getting upset. If you work for the health department go there and watch how food is being handle
