When I went back to address it, the employee (wearing braces and an AirPod) was extremely unprofessional and had difficulty even understanding my name after I repeated it multiple times. That added to an already frustrating situation. What’s most disappointing is that I had to drive back to the store and wait again after already going home—especially after a long 16-hour day. This could have easily been avoided with a basic quality check before handing out the order. Situations like this shouldn’t happen. A simple order, a simple fix: check the order before it leaves the store. That’s standard. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reconsider where I spend my money going forward.

Had to wait in the cold and called the store only for him to tell me call the store again MYSELF. I got the refund and the guy on the phone was kind and understanding. You cannot be that incompetent of a delivery driver…and talked on the phone the whole time while waiting outside. The text updates never work, either. The whole thing is a joke.
