Chipotle corporate will reply to this review asking me to reach out to them, and if I do, they will do nothing to hold the store accountable. I have tried in the past. They make it seem like they want to hear your feedback but they won’t do anything with it. I know this from experience. I would love to see in their response to this review what specific actions they will take to rectify this issue with the Randolph store. But that won’t happen.
