But today at the Randolph location every time the server added to my burrito I said that's the smallest burrito I have ever gotten (rice 1 flat scoop/ chicken 1 flat scoop / peika small scoop /sour cream half a scoop / cheese the bottom of the metal container/ lettuce a 3 finger pinch) then the guy behind me said are they holding back today , I again for the 7th time said to the lady that is a pitiful burrito, then at checkout I said this is the smallest burrito to the cashier 2 times , all with no comments or action taken. I will never come back here.
- PMPatrick MartinJun 23, 20261.0I am a great enjoyer of Chipotle and I hate giving a bad review to a company that I support but this location is simply not up to quality. The first issue clients will identify when entering the establishment is the persistent chirp of a fire warning system. I thought this was a temporary issue but it has been going off constantly for the last 3x I visited the establishment. The second issue is the quality. The food at this establishment always has issues from frozen lettuce to watered down salsa to guac which is served after stirring in half a container of browned over guacamole to the disgust of all witnesses. The food here is just never quite right. Lastly the service, I have never experienced a slower group of employees. I timed a worker making a burrito and it took the employee 5min to assemble one and she did so only to start the whole process again with the next order in the same party (incredibly inefficient). A line of 10 people should not take a half hour to receive an order. Please, if there is someone in charge of this store please do better and intervene before this place goes further downhill.

However, there was a cooked fly found in my food and by the time I noticed, I was already a couple bites in. This was honestly disgusting and disappointing as I had been craving it and wasn’t even 3/4 done with my bowl.
