This store is the worst supermarket. They allow pets in the carriages and close the seafood counter, hours before the store closes.

I've had consistently great experiences at this Stop & Shop in Quincy. The store is clean, well-stocked, and it's easy to find what I need, whether I'm grabbing groceries for the week or just stopping in for a few items.
A special thank you to Colleen for her outstanding customer service. She always has a positive attitude, is patient, and makes customers feel welcome. Those little interactions can really brighten someone's day.
I also want to recognize the front-end team and the rest of the employees. From the cashiers to customer service, most of the staff I've encountered have been friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I've had a question.
Great customer service keeps people coming back, and this team does a great job representing the store. Thank you for everything you do for the Quincy community. Keep up the great work!

Everyone was so great today. I had a problem with my card and became overwhelmed, however, the cashiers and baggers were so supportive and helped me through this situation like no big deal. Big stores and crowds aren't my thing, so This store is perfect. Clean, close to home, but mostly, the people are what make it special. Thanks!
Prices keep going up, sales are misleading and tricky, I have to constantly check my receits. Many people are struggling, it's a shame how everything is ridiculously priced, yet store keeps advertising "great prices". People really need a break, a better store like Aldi. I go to Aldi many times and spend half of what I spend at stop n shop...

Employees react with confused indifference when reporting obvious health code violations, such as mice droppings on shelves, insects eating rotted fruits, dead animals in water tanks, and dogs riding carts. If not for the artificial convenience of being the only accessible option nearby, then I would gladly be shopping at Star Market, instead of this literal biohazard site.
