I have waited 15+ minutes at this McDonald’s 5+ times. All at different times of the day.
I have also got the wrong order several times.
Slow and incorrect orders isn’t it.

My experience at this McDonald’s location was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and even more frustrating, the staff were very rude, treating customers as if they decide who they want to serve and who they don’t. I will not be returning to this place.”

I visited this McDonald’s , and unfortunately, one of the employees was extremely rude and disrespectful. He acted as if he were giving me the food for free, and he even slammed his hand on the counter in a very aggressive way. This made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I urge McDonald’s to revisit their staff training, ensuring that all employees meet proper standards of respect and customer service, because not everyone can just be hired—there should be a consistent standard.

Disappointing Experience – Long Delays and Missing Meal items
I visited this location on April 11th, and unfortunately, it was a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish.
Extensive Wait Times: We waited for over 20 minutes for our order. While I understand fast food can have its rushes, this went well beyond a reasonable "fast food" timeframe, especially without any proactive updates from the staff.
Poor Food Quality: When the food finally arrived, the quality of the chicken nuggets and the burger was subpar—they were not fresh and lacked the usual texture you'd expect.
Incomplete "Huntrix" Meals: Promotional items were missing from the Huntrix Meals we ordered (that was the reason for the visit). When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the only explanation provided was a brief "we ran out."
Lack of Customer Care: Beyond the missing items, there was no effort to offer a substitute or provide any gesture to help with the disappointment of the kids who didn't get the specific meal they were looking forward to.
The combination of long waits, cold food, and a complete lack of empathy regarding the missing products made for a very poor visit. I would recommend double-checking your bags and being prepared for significant delays if you choose to eat here.
