Horrible service here, bathrooms are all locked up, nobody at the counter. They put the mobile orders in a cubby and then walk away and ignore you

I don’t usually make reviews for fast food restaurants because we all know that the workers don’t get paid enough to have long hours for hard work. But today was unacceptable. One of the workers at 7:00pm on Thursday 7/30/26 decided that they weren’t going to give their customers a spoon. She hid before we were able to get her name. My friends and I had ordered fries, burgers, chicken nuggets, and drinks. Typical hangout. We ordered on the website and loved the idea of spicy chicken nuggets. Once all the food arrived, we noticed those nuggets were not spicy. Nothing was said from the workers, no explanation until we asked. They said there were none left but the website still had that option. We let it slide, no worries, things happen. We were hoping for some time to rest and have dessert, so we decided to share an Oreo McFlurry. She gave my friends 2 spoons and said that was the limit. Confused, I went back up to the counter to ask for a spoon “please”. A lovely girl had tried to get it for me. This particular woman stopped her and asked me what I was looking for. She point at my friend and goes “I TOLD HER SHE COULD ONLY HAVE TWO SPOONS!” I asked her why, and she explained that was the limit. I wondered if they ran out so I asked. She said there was more in the back. So I asked her why again. She changed her explanation and said they charged 0.25cents because her boss told her so. App doesn’t say there’s a charge on spoon, neither does the menu, we have 3 mouths to feed, how is that possible to charge for spoons. She said it’s in the condiments category. But a spoon is not a condiment… ? I wasn’t going to argue with her further and said that I would pay that 25cents. She said “it’s ok, we’ll make an exception.” Take 25cents out the register for show and charges a 27cents for honey. I said “you just charged yourself for a honey and didn’t pay the taxes.” She made more boring excuses and gave me the spoon. This was never about the spoon. It’s the attitude and the explanation. If we had to, 2 spoons was enough. If there was a shortage of spoon. I understand. But why lie to me and tell me it’s 25cents as if you genuinely care for the funds of this company when you freely give out the barbecue sauces and allow rude clients to use the restroom? Should we get charged for water bills too?
