I asked for one coffee and even tried to get her repeat my order before billing, to which she declined. Yet, when I looked at the receipt, there were two coffees on it. I had to ask the other barista making thecoffee o confirm if they were preparing one or two, and they were indeed making two. I had to repeat my order all over again, and they had to issue a refund for the coffee I didn't ask for. If this is truly the Original Dunkin' established in 1950, I would expect the bare minimum of getting an order right. It was even sadder to see that she not only messed up mine, but also the guy's after me. I sympathize with Gigi working at her age, but unless she is retrained or changes her attitude towards work, I doubt how this place will retain its reputation. As for me, I'm not going back and would suggest others to look elsewhere.
