I’ve never had an issue with the old crew, but now I have to ask for extra espresso daily because they are giving me flavored milk. My order is a large latte with almond milk and 2 caramel. Yesterday (8/29) I got the usual flavored milk (the lighter cup) I then asked for the same exact order and got the darker one which obviously has coffee in it instead of espresso. The manager saw everything and heard what I had to say and their solution was to give me more espresso. I wasn’t going to write a review, but to insult my intelligence and give me coffee instead of espresso after you messed up is beyond bad customer service.

When I simply asked for some ice, she responded with an unprofessional and rude attitude. She told me, ‘We can’t do that here,’ in a very dismissive way. She also had her mouth full while talking to me, chewing food and answering my questions at the same time, which felt disrespectful. I expect better customer service, even for a small request. This was very disappointing

I was sitting down with my husband and was told after a few minutes by the owner apparently that he couldn't have us in there and to leave which my husband and I stated then to him what we were doing. After we got up and expressed what we were doing you could see that he definitely knew he made a mistake but instead of apologizing and doing the right thing threaten to call the cops and accused us of being homeless. I was so disgusted and don't know what's wrong with people today. What gives them the right to acuse people of anything especially when we were just sitting down talking.
