However, the other employees are rude, and some can hardly understand English. Additionally, both restrooms have been out of order for over 2 months, which I find unfair. Normally, Dunkin’ Donuts offers a friendly environment, even when busy, with staff who provide good customer service. Unfortunately, that isn't the case here.

The girls who were working (looked to be in their late teens) were completely unprofessional. Even over the music I could hear their conversation. The vulgar language they were using was very Unprofessional and I found it very disrespectful,! I don't think they cared that they representing the company. I did bring it to the owners attention, and hopefully it was addressed .
