The first time, employees told us they were closed at 9:40 p.m., even though the posted closing time was 11:00 p.m. After we left, they served other customers who arrived behind us. On two separate visits, I was also overcharged. Today was the worst experience. After placing my order, I realized I had forgotten to ask for tomatoes. Instead of adding them to my meal, an employee put them in a small plastic cup and charged me $1.69. I explained that I did not request an extra side, but the employee responded with an attitude and refused to correct it. After three bad experiences, this clearly does not feel like an honest mistake or a one-time issue. The customer service at this location is extremely poor, and I will avoid returning.

Routinely out of ingredients or too lazy/slow to cook or take out. The staff is often unfriendly. One time there was a kid who had been working there for a week and the other staff yelled at him and bickered when he had the gall to ask where the chicken was or why something wasn’t prepared. Maybe it’s gotten better but typically there is always something when I go.
