- XLXiuyun LinJul 17, 20261.0terrible service, even tho they close at 11 whenever i go around 8-9 nothing is in stock. there’s no chicken no steak no vinaigrette and there’s one time where they don’t even have cups. i was using my reward for a free drink and was told there’s no cup and therefore i can’t redeem my drink??? the girl making my bowl kept sighing loudly and yelling in spanish whenever i got something from the topping section. i would ask for corn and she would sign and yell something super loud, i then asked for sour cream and she would sigh again and yell louder. i might not understand spanish but i do understand spanish in swears. also just because im a girl doesn’t mean i can’t eat as much as a normal guy does. somehow everytime i go i only get like half or even less than half a scoop of protein while the guy in front of me gets a scoop so big i can’t even see the rice or beans underneath, he didn’t even get double protein either and it made me feel so unfair because when i asked for a bit more meat after i saw the “not even half a scoop”, she charged me for double protein even though the extra scoop that i got was barely half a scoop too. asked for more corn and got like 3 pieces extra. asked for more sour cream and got like a tablespoon more. i asked for extra everything and i usually get 4 toppings. at the end, after shaking it, my bowl turned out to be less than half a bowl. in the picture below i didn’t even take a bite out of the bowl yet, it was just shook and it all went to one side after i shook it. i’m probably never coming to this location ever again.
