  Everyone there at 12:15 10/4, was so nice and professional! Each person made a friendly comment, seemed happy to be there, and got me through the line in like 1 minute! Great staff and great food 😊

  The only CAVA I want to go to from now on! The whole process was seamless. They were fully staffed and all very welcoming and very friendly. I was in and out in a flash! The food quality was great and my pita chips were nice and hot!

  Shout out to the girls, Bekah, Jes, and Yari (sorry if i mispelled anyone’s names!) they were all so nice, friendly, and helpful. Always love cava and the space is really nice and clean!!

  Pathetic. Soggy falafel crunch. Every quantity is skimmed Picture has 5 crispy looking falafels I honor got 2 soggy ones in the bowl. I picked up in 10 mins. Namesake 4 pieces lettuce Some 4-5 crispy strips 3 tiny cauliflower florets 4 cucumber halves No slaw as in menu description Rice and lentils mixed and in rock bottom No corn as pictured No Brussels sprouts as pictured My tummy feels uncomfortable after eating this This is BS. Loot!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BEST CAVA LOCATION - Shoutout to Franyeli! I have to leave this review because our experience at CAVA in Quincy was absolutely fantastic, and it's all thanks to Franyeli! From the second we got to the counter, Franyeli was so professional, respectful, and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile and was incredibly patient and helpful with our order. She took the time to explain the menu, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure our bowls were made exactly how we wanted them. You can really tell she cares about what she does and about the customers. Her customer service is top-tier. She was so kind, attentive, and made us feel valued. It's not easy to handle a busy lunch/dinner rush and still be so friendly and composed, but she did it perfectly. She was just GREAT! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but Franyeli is what made this visit stand out. She is a true asset to the CAVA Quincy team and deserves major recognition. If you go to CAVA in Quincy, ask for Franyeli! We will definitely be back just because of her. Thank you Franyeli for the outstanding service and for making our day! 10/10 highly recommend this location!
