  This has got to be the worst run, worst personnel, and worst staff attitude of any Stop & Shop I have ever been in! Not a smile, not a greeting, the first words out of the cashier's mouth is how much you owe, they hand you a receipt without even saying thank you. If you ask where an item is, either they have absolutely no idea or they'll tell you the wrong aisle without even taking you there to show you the product. I come from an area where Publix is the best grocery shopping in the country because they know how to treat their customers explanation point they will actually take you to the aisle and show you the products that you are requesting. The disgusting attitude of the staff here starts at the top. My complaint to the general manager listed as a canned response. I will never shop at this location again

  They're selling cooked dead lobsters, meat is gross and crumbling inside the shell.

  Stop & Shop is the worst supermarket chain on the planet. The prices are high, even when they claim things are on sale. Prices are even higher in the summer months because we are a tourist town. The produce never last more than a few days in the fridge, which is probably because we get the scraps due to our rural location. The staff are wonderful because they are locals. I just wish they had a better company to work for. Your better off doing your shopping somewhere else or doing Peapod. I hear the food quality is better.
