- RRRyanJul 29, 20263.0Honestly, I love this store - usually a great place to get a burger. But training customer service might help a lot. When I entered the restaurant, I saw two people behind the counter working, one grilling and the other working with lettuce in containers. Neither one of the employees looked and acknowledged me. For at least a few minutes, I stood there waiting for some help but neither employee ever said anything and seemed to intentionally ignored me, not even looking my way. All they had to do was glance over and say "Welcome, we'll be right with you!" or even "Just give us one second, we'll be right there!" ANYTHING! Instead, they decided to not acknowledge my existence. I stood there awkwardly waiting for either worker to come over. When one did come over, they greeted me and asked ig they could take my order - and the service after that was just fine - but a little more training might help these employees realize that greeting someone at the register, as soon as they walk up, goes along way. I don't expect them to drop everything and come over right away but they could at least say something to you to let you know they saw you and will be right with you..
