- IDIlana DAngeloMar 20, 20261.0Went to this Dunkin today to order a medium strawberry banana daydream refresher with whole milk instead of oat milk or almond because I can’t have those. Lady told me she couldn’t do that, when plenty of other Dunkin’s can. I understand you can’t put it in the machine with whole milk but you can still make it, and I don’t care for the reasoning that “whole milk can’t be added” because that doesn’t make any sense. What this tells me is that someone with an allergy can’t have the drink because supposedly you can’t make it with whole milk? Make it make sense. So instead, I asked for a medium berry açaí with lemonade. I drive off and when I took a sip, it’s made with green tea. This Dunkin clearly doesn’t listen to their customers orders nor do they care to cater to customers wants. Will not be coming here again.
