  Ordered a tea on door dash- gave me a coffee- I dashed bc I am in the middle of chemo and my whole body hurts and my child was sleeping- had to wake my child bc they don’t answer the phone- when I asked for a refund the girl made comments that it takes two secs to make a tea- also takes two seconds to read a label- which she claimed wasn’t her fault- no but it’s ur store ur employees- then all her employees started making nasty comments- call has been made to corporate! I just wanted my money back- u don’t sit and allow ur employees to make comments in turn fight with a customer- they need to close this dunks ! They don’t ever get orders right EVER- drive the extra few seconds down the street where they are friendly

  The people at the drive-thru window are nice but whoever is making the food is doing them a disservice because they always have me park so they can bring me my food and the hash browns are soggy and mashed up and theres cheese sauce on the bags. If the oven isn't working then just 86 the food menu until corporate gets their act together and fixes it.

  I usually don’t write reviews for places because I’m 17 and I have better things to do, but go to any other Dunkin’s in the area. The drinks are constantly watered down and the staff do not pay attention to orders, constantly missing food that supposed to be included or parts of the drink.

  It's amazing how inept this Dunkin'. Donuts is for online orders and order pickup. Whether it's DoorDash or going in there yourself. You can set your watch by the fact that they will not get all of your drinks correct. I work in one of the local stores nearby and the people that work with me go out of their way to avoid ordering from this location.

  Avoid this location. Brand new gift card was declined, sandwich was hastily prepared with the eggs still frozen in the middle. Not expecting haute cuisine, but a consistent product would be nice.
