  When you're a manager for your work crew and y'all can't even send the donuts that we're bought...a whole dozen and it's not door dashes problem...it yours for not double checking before sending it out

  Tldr: service awful, had to fill my own cup of iced coffee, never coming back here again I’ve come here a few times but my most recent experience is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any food establishment. I walked into the shop and there was no line, and employees were busy making drinks or doing something behind the counter. They saw us but none of them acknowledged us. I had to ask if they were taking orders or not because I saw them taking drive thru ones but nobody was even looking at us and they said yes and told us to wait while they filled 2-3 more pick up or drive thru orders. Literally was nobody else in the lobby and nobody would help us. Then one person asked us what they could get us. The person who tried to help us was new and didn’t know how to enter a $6 meal deal into the register and told me to use the app to order instead. The app wasn’t working so finally she asked a coworker for help and she took our order. Then they forgot one of my drinks and I asked if they had an iced coffee coming and they asked me what I had in it, and I said literally nothing it’s a black coffee and bro it is on your screen like you were able to make the other drink that has stuff in it but couldn’t make the one that has literally nothing else in it. The person doesn’t say anything and fills a cup with ice and puts it on the counter for someone else to fill. Literally nobody went to fill it so I tipped the knob and had to fill the cup myself with coffee!! Ridiculous. In the time I walked into until the time I left, it took 25 minutes.

  They made a mistake with my door dash order and when I tried to call they conveniently have a message that you can't get through, try call later... BS that I can't get them on the phone
