- MLMistydawn Labshere2 days ago1.0Everytime i come here i regret having picked up the door dash. Staff doesn't greet you and I've seen sloths who move faster. They could careless about their jobs and theirs always a mouthy kid being rude to managers. Absolutely awful. On top of which I watched one of the employees coughing to his hands three times and then touch somebody's coffee like place a lid on it without washing his hands and then when I call them out he tried to pretend like I didn't just see it this place should not be in business absolutely disgusting

It was 12:20pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday… I drove up to talk to a person who acted confused said “his colleague was talking to someone else.” Unlikely…I called to speak to a manager and the phone auto hangs up on the call. Meanwhile, customers were inside and at the drive thru. Yes they were open.

- MCMaryssa CaronApr 18, 20261.018 first street in Pittsfield Dunkin consistently fails to complete my orders leading me to report missing items with a hairline fraction of refund with no ability to call the location with their phones purposely turned off and unable to have the dasher go and complete their own incompetency of a five item order without rushing to seal the bag and get the job at hand out of their face. I am incredibly sick of this and someone should be held responsible and self reflect on floor and in ownership for the incredible inconvenience to me and others while they get to sit there ego protected by an off the line phone and a closed doordash purchase/chat line while they complete the rest of their shift and openly complain about how hard they work when in the physical building and shaming their other coworkers as if they themselves are meeting the daily quota of quality performance. I've worked at this location and many others and this is a very common practice of delusional worth of quality and position with little input to actual result pipeline. Get it together it's embarrassing and as a grown adult I hope you read this with your eyes and truly think of your reputation and move through life with some respect for your own individual reputation and make a change. This is far too long.
