Ordered placed at 1146am. Said ready 11-18 minutes. Not ready until 1219pm. We saw their pizza mistakes, returning that pizza and asked them to give us a refund for that pizza on our credit card. They refused and said only refund store credits. So ok to have them remade the pizza. Not ready until 1:10pm and the rest of the order was cold. Very poor service and will never order from them again

Also, in the past 2 weeks, I had an order over an hour in that I finally called about and they said "Sorry, we're real busy." I cancelled the order due to a meeting coming up. Got Charged. A couple days later I ordered online, and within minutes I get a phone call. :It's gonna take about an hour. I only have 1 driver and he has 4 orders ahead of you (Showed out for delivery on tracker.) Having fast food experience, I see a pattern of poor management of personell. If you can't fulfil delivery orders in a timely manner, STOP TAKING THEM!
