And then they're rude to me especially the guy that was working that had dark hair and refused to give me a refund and did not tell me how to do it in the app. This is the second time it has happened in two weeks that they can't do basic inventory. I will not be going back to Dunkin' Donuts. Since there's a new Starbucks in Townsend, I really hope they put Dunkin' Donuts in the area out of business

I paid for extra bacon, didn't get it, and the little they did put on was undercooked. The drinks were not good this time too as well as last time. With chains like this the product needs to be the same every time. It's wrong (and insulting) to assume that customers won't notice or care.
