  I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I pulled into the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ location around 6 PM, and I could clearly hear employees talking through the speaker system, yet nobody bothered to take my order. I waited there for several minutes hoping someone would acknowledge me, but nothing happened. When I finally drove up to the window, the employee seemed more focused on paperwork and writing something down than helping customers. I politely asked why nobody was taking orders, and I didn’t even receive an answer or basic customer service. What makes this even more frustrating is that the location wasn’t even close to closing time — they close at 7:30 PM. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I truly hope management sees this review because customers deserve respect, communication, and basic service. If someone is unhappy doing their job, maybe this isn’t the right position for them. Very disappointing experience.😞

  This DD is one of my favorites. I have never ever had a bad experience at this location and today was no different. I wish I got the employees name but they were fantastic! Great customer service from the first "hi how are you" to the ' have a good day." I was there today around 4:30pm and this person has so much enthusiasm about them. You could tell they like their job or make the best of it. They liked my bank card because it reminded them of monopoly. They were just very personable and enthusiastic and I greatly appreciated it being one that works in customer service as well.
