  The screen was broken but said our payment went through and when we inquired about this to make sure we were not double charged, it was unclear through the speaker and then the actual waitress was extremely rude to my wife. No customer service at all. Just sass. We only asked a question politely and she acted like we insulted her. So rude.

  Drove out to the Peabody Sonic today and was pretty disappointed with the overall experience. The food was mediocre at best, but honestly, eating in the car turned out to be a blessing because the facility itself looks neglected—dirty, vandalized, and half the ordering screens out of commission. Service at the board was equally frustrating. The employee taking my order, Leticia, seemed in an extreme hurry to get off the mic. She asked if that was all after my very first item (a drink) and cut me off after every single item I tried to add. It felt dismissive and rude. She should probably look for a new job if she is this miserable. On a positive note, the gentleman who actually brought out our food was polite and kind, which was the only bright spot of the visit.

  Just sat in line for over 30+ mins to be told they’re out of stock of everything we wanted to order. Close this location. It’s the WORST.

  If I could rate a 0 star rating I definitely would. My family is visiting this location for a vacation, it is our first time ever at a sonic. I walked in at 10:50pm and was greeted with no one at the front. I had to wait for someone to hear me say, "Excuse me" multiple times and while they were looking at me, they kept walking away. I finally got someone to come out and I forgot to ask her name, but she had such an attitude when I asked her questions about if we could sit inside. She told me we couldnt sit inside because they close in 10 mins which is understandable, but then I asked how the place works and where can we order and eat. The lady just kept saying bay 22 and pointing to a window which lead to the main highway. I kept asking what she meant by that and she just repeating herself, "Bay 22, bay 22." I ended up just leaving and told her she was super rude and had no manners and told my family we would eat somewhere else instead. I have NEVER had this kind of rudeness before and was very disappointed for our first time at this establishment. My family ended up going next door to Wendy's and was treated 100 times better than at Sonic.
