  I appreciate the brand and the service was done with smile and great attitude but the the Philly steak wasn't good.

  I have been to a lot of Sonics in my life and this is by far the worst one just because it’s so inconsistent. Sometimes everything is good. And sometimes the food isn’t cooked right and the drinks aren’t very good.

  The person taking the order at the drive through was absolutely useless and didn’t take the order correctly and didn’t understand English. I don’t understand how an establishment such as sonic can have someone running the drive through who doesn’t speak English.

  Absolute nightmare. Me and my fiance placed a mobile order and were informed that we would have to wait in the drive thru line in order to pick it up due to the time of night (they would not bring it out to our car). We ended up waiting from 12:50 until 1:40, ALMOST A WHOLE HOUR for food we already paid for and did not have a choice in picking elsewhere to eat since we already paid. When we got there, a burger was messed up with the ingredients requested and one of our drinks was not given to us. And to top it all off, the drive thu worker was rude and dismissive. EXTREMELY unhappy with this experience

  Many stalls were not working ... our speaker / menu board was smashed and hard to read. The employee who spoke to us through the speaker was annoyed by us asking about the menu. Our food wasn't great one of the groovy fries we ordered was just completely dumped into the bag .and a sandwich had leaked so the whole bag was a Sloppy mess .. very unfortunate I enjoy the location near my house ...this one I wouldn't come back to
