The employees are rude and unprofessional at this location, I was picking up an UberEATS order tonight at around 9:30pm and I waited for five minutes at window in dining room before a young man acknowledged me , I told him I had two UberEATS pickups , Jaha and I think Alex . He said almost ready, I keep waiting, over ten minutes goes by and I asked two different women what was taking so long they didn't even respond. I then said where is the manger , one girl said oh he is the one who answered earlier. Keep in mind this is a young kid and by no means has experience to be a manager. So he comes walking over with one order and says because of tater tots it took long which is a bunch of nonsense excuses. I said where is the second order , he looked at me like he had no clue , said oh few more minutes. I let him know UberEATS doesn't pay for waiting like this . I ended up contacting UberEATS, cancelled the pickups , and filed a complaint against the location and also blocked that location from pickup requests.
On a second note I believe the employees were discriminating against me because I am Caucasian and they were Hispanic. Two other Hispanic drivers got their orders fast , yet I was left ignored. I am sorry but that is how I feel and it isn't right to treat people that way , act professional or get a job someplace else.
At least be courteous and professional to the UberEATS drivers , we work on almost all tip $ , stop treating people like garbage. I am glad the location is blocked , I don't need to deal with young ignorant kids running a fast food restaurant.
