- RRRebel RunnerAug 14, 20261.0Do yourselves a favor and do not use their shopper service. They consistently are careless in their shopping and packaging. Today they stacked cases of RedBull on top of a bottle of dish soap, and the dishoap burst open all over the bag, which contained food items. They also ALWAYS include at LEAST one spoiled food item, sometimes expired by WEEKS. The Shaws in Beverly on Dodge St is just as poorly managed. I've reached out several times to customer service and even had email communication with management, but all they do is make excuses and none of this issues have improved over the last two years. I guess shame on me for thinking they would care to improve.

This location has a pokemon TCG vending machine, but unfortunately they allow people to loiter at the machine despite the no loitering policy. I constantly see the same group of guys there camping the machine day after day, from the start of my grocery shopping to the end. I’ve been teaching my nephew to play the TCG and it’s hard to find any in stores due to scalping. I’ve mentioned the loitering to the employees but they just shrug and don’t do anything about it. Wish there was a way to report stores for not enforcing the loitering policy, and I wish it was easier to get cards for kids, but stores like this just enable scalpers and make it hard for the people who want to actually play
