- LALinoue AlexisJun 15, 20261.0I am a regular customer and visit this Dunkin’ almost every day. Today, June 15, I was publicly accused by an older employee named( carrie )of stealing someone else’s mobile order from June 4, 2026. She claimed that she saw me walk in, place my own order, then take someone else’s food from the mobile pickup area. I immediately told her that was not me. It makes no sense that I would place my own order and then steal someone else’s food. She then said she recognized me because I had braids . That is impossible. I never had braids I had locs, which I cut on May 25, 2026, and I have proof of that. Even after I explained this, she laughed and continued insisting that it was me. What upset me the most is that she accused me in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and humiliating. If she truly believed I had done something wrong on June 4, why did she wait until June 15 to bring it up instead of speaking to me the next day or at the time it supposedly happened? I have always been respectful when I visit this location. In fact, on a previous visit I ordered a small frozen coffee but was charged for a medium, and I simply accepted it without making an issue. Being falsely accused of stealing after nearly two weeks, especially in front of other people, was unfair and disrespectful.

And to be told I need to order extra syrup or sugar so it tastes right is absurd. I can order the exact same drink from a different location and it tastes fine. There's also a good chance you'll get stale bagels near the end of the week.
