They favoritism certain people , they don’t hear your side of the story. Experienced injustice treatment . They speak badly about people in Portuguese I understand bc I am Brazilian and speak Portuguese I walked in the other day and I think they thought I didn’t understand but they spoke badly about this female client just because of the way she looked. They also take a very long time I waited atleast 15-20 mins ! Just for a coffee and three things of food

Theres a few staff members there that always work the drive thru and they literally ALWAYS have attitude problems. The staff here use to be so nice and welcoming but now its the opposite. All those nice staff members left, and idk what the hell management hired now but they need to reevaluate who they now hired. Its sad when I literally live a couple streets over from this location but I would rather go to another dunkin donuts to get my coffee and food now just so I dont have to deal with it. They are incredibly slow there too. They always take thete sweet time coming to the speaker and then wonder why there line wraps around the block sometimes. I always do a mobile pick up order and I spend more time waiting at the speak for someone to take my order than I do grabbing my stuff. No other dunkin donuts I go to is that slow. Its like they don't know how to multi task and they do one order/customer at a time. Won't be coming here for a very long time.

My dunkin has sour cream donuts and when I asked if they sold them here, her and another female worker were talking trash about why I would order "that". When I told her I could hear them both, she claimed it was a customer but the only one in there was a man. What miserable people
