We were visiting the area for a few days and do not have Chipotle where we’re from, so we were unfamiliar with the menu and how to order at this place. The young men who were working that evening were incredibly rude. When we arrived and were looking up at the menu board, all four of them just stood there and stared at us. No greeting, no smile, and they did not offer assistance. Very awkward experience. Then, they responded to our questions about the menu with clearly annoyed and disinterested nods and pointing at things rather than using words. When I asked what kind of oil they use to cook the food (because I have a serious peanut allergy), the employee looked at me and simply mumbled, “Not peanut” (showing a clear lack of knowledge and not providing a precise or reassuring answer). The guy with tattoos who was making my food simply expected me to know what I had to say and what all the toppings were as a clearly new customer. He provided no verbal instructions/directions. If you hate your job, go work elsewhere. It’s not that difficult.. I would give zero stars if I could. The manager really needs to follow up on this. Employees here desperately need to be trained properly. This kind of service would be unacceptable where I’m from. The employees would at the minimum be reprimanded if they weren’t fired from their jobs. Anyways, we’re never going to return to this Chipotle when we’re in the area, and I’ll tell anyone who plans to visit the area to also avoid this establishment.

Manager should be ashamed of themselves.
