Refused to allow me to get a small beverage with a meal, even though I was willing to pay for a medium because that's what it came with. Made me pull up to wait even longer for my small order. I won't be back. Thanks but no thanks! Need to hire more people & retrain the current employees. I'm not saying they're all bad...but the 2 ladies I had (one was younger & one older) lacked basic manners & clearly shouldn't be working with the public because they made me not want to return. One woman also spoke so fast I could barely understand her & when I asked nicely for her to repeat it she got all huffy. When we went inside to request ketchup packets it took an additional 10 mins before we were helped. Ridiculous! Definitely not fast food here.

Service is always long, but the final straw was the other night when I was sold a completely raw burger that was still cold inside. (not to mention they put nothing on it except a pickle). Went to the store the next morning to tell the manager that her evening staff are going to kill someone with their negligence, and all she said was “I can remake it for you”. The franchise owners should definitely be made aware.
