This is nonesence that two hours before closure there are no basic ingridients. very disappointed; management needs to change. Also got headace from the noise level, the design needs to accomodate wood and carpeting for noice reduction. But this is brand issue.

Also, the customer service was spectacular. The person who made my burrito was Kimber. Very sweet and professional. Will be returning. I would take a picture but I already ate it! :-p

To start they wouldn’t make a quesadilla and said it’s only for online orders. I was shocked because there was nobody in there and all the employees were just standing around. So I was flexible and decided on a veggie bowl. While she was preparing my bowl I noticed that there was no food in the line. She scraped the bottom of the tin leaving me with hardly no veggies at all. She rolled her eyes when I said I’d wait for fresh veggies. While waiting five minutes for someone to start cooking I looked around more closely and instantly became disgusted. The grill was caked with burnt food, food all of the floors, and I watched a woman use her hand to scrape the food into someone else’s togo order. I became sick at watching all of this and decided to walk out. I honestly think they should close down and be replaced with a Panera bread!

The girl who did finally help was nice and my fiancé and I both work in food service so we get it, but to flat out ignore a customer coming in for that long? I just could never. Food was thankfully good to make up for the overall SUPER shitty service he received
