  The first time I went here everything went smoothly and the food was good. Portions were large and I got everything I asked for. The second time was a disaster. I arrived well after my food was supposed to be done and it hadn't been even been started even though there were more employees in the store than customers. Two employees argued over who was going to make it. When I got home I realized my burrito bowl was less than half the size it was last time. Not only that but it was missing several things I paid extra for. Worst 18$ I've ever spent.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at Chipotle, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Jacob! He went completely out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. It’s not every day you come across a manager who takes that much pride in making customers feel welcome. Jacob is a great example of what excellent customer service and great management look like. Chipotle is lucky to have him! We’ll definitely be back! 🌯❤️

  I was driving through Boston and decided to stop for one of my all-time favorite lunches, Chipotle. I consider myself a bit of a Chipotle connoisseur. I was initially hesitant about this location because of its lower Google rating, but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. It looks new and modern, and the food was excellent. Easily a top-five Chipotle experience for me. The team member who greeted me was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. As a bonus, there's a new, modern Starbucks right next door. I'm genuinely not sure why this location has such a low rating. I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. Great food, great service, and a clean, modern location.

  Look, the place is spotless and the food hits, but the crew was moving slower than a minivan with Connecticut plates in the passing lane of the Pike. It’s peak lunch time, zero line in the store and I ask for double steak. Instead, I get one sad scoop of crusty dregs scraped from the absolute depths of the pan. I ask if they’re making more, and the girl hits me with a quick pivot, offering to just throw a different meat on top. Nah man. If I wanted a random meat mountain I’d go to a buffet. It really felt like they either weren't grilling more or just didn't want to. Chipotle requires taking out a small loan these days, so you expect the main stuff to actually be stocked and ready. Anyway, just a heads up to whoever runs the store.
