  Poorly laid out. 4 different cheese sections throughout the store. Parmesan and ricotta at 2 of them, cream cheese at 1 of them... can't find marscapone and customer service can't help.

  Easy to find everything. Shocked on no bottled water. Town ordinance. Meat dept can be pricey.

  This Stop & Shop seriously needs to address the cleanliness of its bathrooms. Every single time I’ve gone in there, the restroom has been absolutely disgusting. The floor constantly reeks of urine, and it honestly looks and smells like the employees are just dragging a dirty mop through the urine and spreading it all over the floor instead of actually cleaning and sanitizing it. The urinal is also always broken, which only makes the condition of the bathroom worse. Even worse, there was literally feces smeared on the wall of one of the stalls, and it stayed there for OVER A WEEK. I came back days later and it was still there. How does something like that go unnoticed or uncleaned for more than a week in a public bathroom? Even the water fountain is disgusting — there is visible mold on it. Between feces being left on a stall wall for over a week, the constant smell of urine, the broken urinal, and mold on a fountain people are supposed to DRINK FROM, the lack of basic cleanliness and sanitation at this location is seriously concerning. Management needs to step in and actually make sure these areas are being properly cleaned and maintained. This isn’t just unpleasant at this point — it’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable for a grocery store.

  Some of the rudest, most inappropriate employees I've ever encountered. Just plain nasty. There's literally one woman in there that is always pleasant. The rest are vile.
