  Been in line now for over 1/2 hour and only moved 2 cars. Placed order in app and store marked it as preparing now so we could not cancel order. This is obnoxious and completely unacceptable especially when we just saw an employee sitting on their phone at a table.

  took mad long on the food n the workers just stood there, mind you they rarely have customers so why is the food taking so long? overall just a trash place to eat they need to get in check because theres no way you guys are acting like this with barely any customers to begin with

  They charged me and when I talk with a manager. I didn’t receive my order because issue with store and app Guess what he said: „is my problem” His not a manager 🥴 His name is Eric

  They make the food really good here and the place is very clean but the fountain is behind the counter which is complete bs. I give the experience a 2 but they get an extra star for being clean
