I could have spoken up much sooner, but I intentionally waited to see how long it would take for someone to realize they had forgotten my order. I stood there the entire time with my hands on my waist, watching what was easily the slowest and most disorganized Dunkin’ crew I’ve ever encountered. Customer after customer came in, received their orders, and left, yet not one employee stopped to ask if I had been helped or why I was still standing there. It wasn’t until there was nothing left for them to do, and they had finished chatting and laughing among themselves, that someone finally noticed I was still waiting. They began checking their order boxes and eventually realized they had completely forgotten my doughnut. When they finally handed it to me, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology, and no “We’re sorry we forgot your order.” They simply placed the doughnut on the counter as though I had ordered it moments earlier. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’. Waiting 45 minutes for a doughnut is unacceptable, but the complete lack of awareness, accountability, and even a simple apology made the experience far worse. Management should take a serious look at how this location is being run.

The store was pretty empty so I inquired about my order, showing the receipt on my phone. They said they would look into it. Another rush in person came in, so I waited another ten minutes. My credit card was charged. They did not address me at all. I got in line to speak with an associate and that is when they told me there was nothing they could do. I told them that my card had been charged and they still wouldn't fill the order. This whole time I"m also dealing with my three month old baby as I had thought it would be a quick in and out. I will be disputing my credit card charge. I normally like this dunkin but the service and refusal to accommodate a technical error is absurd and frustrating. Not addressing me when I had been waiting for about a half an hour is terrible service.

I witnessed an employee be EXTREMELY rude to a customer in a wheelchair that also worked at the fire station! I confronted the employee and she did not care to help the person Final straw today Never going there again The lady that took our order did not take our orders correct at all gave us the wrong drinks and wrong food (both were for my 3 year old daughter) that loves certain things at Dunkin! If you want your correct order DONT GO HERE
