  The food is good but the service is awful. There’s one person working the line, one person on the register and 2-3 others doing nothing, on their phones and chatting instead of working. I waited 40 minutes for a burrito and the place wasn’t even busy

  So upset that I had to waste my money and my food. I brought lunch from thos location and got to work and found hair in my food! I was disgusted and I threw it all away. I called the restaurant and got no answer and customer service and was placed on hold for a long time and still got through to no one. I will never come back here again.

  The first chipotle i go to where I find a whole MOTH in my food and get told “it’s just from the lettuce” as if this is supposed to occur. Clearly, sanitation and cleaning processes are not enough. Will never come here again

  Staff is rude, used to come in alot but the manager with the head dress is just so hard to deal with. The quality of the bowls has gone down since they have taken over. I work around the corner and miss coming in weekly. Love chipolte but avoid it due to the manager

  I’m gonna make this review brutally honest because I think it’s worth it. I always come to this location and they do a solid job every time I go there. However, my recent visit was atrocious. Today, I entered and stood in line and my turn came up to order, the server didn’t ask what I wanted but I told her I would like a bowl. She proceeded to take a bowl out of the pile in a very rude way and then proceeded to grab a cap for the bowl and by accident took out 2. She kept one of them and threw the other one back into the pile in a reckless manner. Then when It came to put food on the bowl, she took the spoon full of food and slammed it onto the bowl and slammed the spoon back into the pot of food. This was the same for every single topping. It was as if she was serving a dog food. Then she proceeded to put the cap on the bowl even though I wasn’t done with completing my order. She removed the cap in a very rude way and proceeded to slam toppings that I asked for into the bowl. After that I paid for my food and I left. I understand if you are having a bad day, we all do. However, don’t put your anger over your professionalism. Especially in-front of paying consumers (Less important but still want to bring up was the lack of steak being available to people. I understand that it may be a popular protein but keep up with the demand)
