  Apologies for the long review. I don't make them often. My mother and I went to this location a while ago to get a quick bite while out and about. We ordered at the kiosk inside and picked a table to eat at. It wasn't busy inside at all, it was a weeknight past dinner rush. My mom ordered a Quarter pounder and requested no cheese since she doesn't like cheese on her burgers. We waited for at least 10 minutes for our food. Again, there were not many customers this night. We got our food and they put cheese on her burger despite the slip that listed no cheese attached to the burger box, so we went up to the counter to ask for a new one. The worker was very dull and uncaring. She shouted back to the kitchen about how it was wrong and they had to make it again. She brought it out to us a few minutes later, and my mom took a bite of her seemingly correct burger. After one bite, I noticed her burger looked really pink, so I pointed it out. It was visibly raw hamburger meat that was just barely cooked on the outer layer. We went back up to the counter and told the same cashier about it, who shouted even louder at the kitchen staff that it was wrong again. Then the manager on duty brought out a new one that was correct and cooked thoroughly and apologized. She gave us some extra fries as an apology and apologized again. I haven't gone back to that location since they served us a raw burger, but I think about that experience every time I pass by. There are definitely better McDonald's locations to visit.

  Once again, this McDonald's disappoints. Swung by for a quick breakfast on my way to work, but of course they give me the completely wrong order. Didn't check early enough to go back and get the order fixed. Do better.

  One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The workers did not have a working ice cream machine even though they were pouring more mix into the machine. Workers were rude aswell. They need to find joy and whimsy. As well as threatening to get my plates because I got a McFlurry from a different location and showed them.

  Don't bring your kids here! Walked in to pick up an order at 7:40pm and heard S&M by Rihanna blasting from the kitchen just as three young kids were walking in. I called for the manager and was very strict with hom and told him he can not be playing music like that with kids around. It's a piblic place and lyrics like "Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it Sticks and stones may break my bones But chains and whips excite me" are heard from all corners of the restaurant. The store manager should be ashamed of these employees! I plan on sending an email as soon as possible!
