  often mess up orders, forget items, and then have an attitude when you ask for the items you paid for

  Cindy (who claims to be the manager) was absolutely rude and ignorant. She gave me 4 out 7 items ordered, I had to inform her the order was incomplete. I kindly asked for 3 more straws and she got really ignorant. She scowled at me that the drinks come with a sip lid and they aren't supposed to give straws with the sip lids. I said "you can when the customer asks for it" because that's customer service! She then jammed the straws at me and scowled loudly "HERE'S YOUR STRAWS!" I asked to speak to a manager and she just kept claiming she is the manager. This is probably the worst Dunkin, I feel like 8 out 10 times, I end up having a shitty experience. I don't know if it's the owner trying to run such a tight ship that customer service goes out the window or they just have shitty employees. There was one sweet boy that recognized how absurd Cindy was being and helped me out. Shame on the other workers for letting her ruin the customers experience. She left such a nasty taste on my Mother's Day.

  This place is an absolute gem! The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are super friendly and quick. I love grabbing a donut here to start my day off right!

  Worst Dunkin ever!!!!! Coffee always tastes burnt. Service is horrible. Employees don't know how to make coffee and are extremely RUDE! Messed up my ice coffee. Went inside for them to fix it. They took the top off passed it around trying to figure out who made it wanted to charge me to fix it when I said no they tried to hand me back my old coffee without the cover that they all touched 🤢 I would just avoid this dunks all together

  The most horrible manager, I went to the drive through and placed an order. Which was fine, I realized I had to use the restroom, so I just swung around and went in. The extremely rude woman informed me it's only for customers, I said I literally just went through the drive through, and she said go back around and get your receipt. What!!!! Are you kidding me, forget the fact that I'm walking with a cane and totally bald, battling cancer. But the fact that this woman was unbelievably rude. I will never do business there again.
