You can really feel the positive and happy environment as soon as you walk in. The service was fast, the staff was attentive, and everyone had a great attitude. It honestly feels like there has been a really positive change here — it must be under new management because the difference is noticeable! Keep up the great work! It’s refreshing to visit a Dunkin where the employees are friendly, the atmosphere is positive, and customers feel appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕🍩

The woman repeated it like it was a bad thing so I gave an attitude back … I’m paying for it ?! So I’m confused. I drive up to the window.. the woman said “you do know how much sugar is in this drink already?” I said “why does it matter what I order” she said it doesn’t matter what you order but it’s sweet I never had it myself but I heard. I said again why does it matter what I’m ordering. Mind you I’m pregnant and cravings sweets. NOT like I explained myself cus it’s not her business. But lady.. I really know you are not talking and you know exactly what I mean by that. You want to be rude so let’s point out facts. Absolutely unprofessional to question someone who’s a PAYING customer. Won’t be back here! First and LAST time here
- AMAly McDonoughSep 6, 20261.0I love it when my husband goes for coffee for me, comes back, hands it to me and says I don't know if this is right because the girl seemed like she didn't understand the order, it in fact was not right, so I went and got my own thinking maybe he didn't speak correctly when ordering, giving benefit of the doubt and all that. Extra cream is apparently a nuance, now should I of gone in and opened the top when I was given said coffee to check possibly, but...I HADN'T HAD ANY COFFEE YET. So, I drove away. Big mistake. And I found out that in fact yes, yes the extra extra cream I asked for this time to make sure it was light enough is in fact a nuance. Right down the drain. At least my drain has had two cups of coffee this morning.

However, when ever I step foot in the door I’m reminded why I should not order from here. The place is a mess ( not just it’s busy and we’ve been running around mess) but dirty and filthy like no one takes pride in the place. I went in the other day and an older women who worked there was so rude to me. I didn’t say anything I just ignored it. But when I used the bathroom I was completely disgusted, the floor was soaked with brown water. The toilet was so gross. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several months. The sink and walls were dirty. I was just really grossed out by the whole experience and the two workers that day couldn’t care less about being helpful, polite or friendly. I won’t go there again, even to the drive through. It looks like the do get new employees that try and seem polite, but then are gone.
