  We visited this buffet during lunch time, but unfortunately none of the food was served hot. The variety of dishes was also quite disappointing, and the taste did not meet expectations. Overall, it was not a satisfying dining experience.

  Food is 5 star, I have been a loyal customer here, but almost every time when I order on doordash, the Mango lassi was never put in the bag! That's my wife's favorite drink here. I will be very appreciated if you could help fix this issue, please! 🙏 Thank you !

  We had a very disappointing experience with our event catering order from Peppers on April 12th. The overall quality of the food fell well below expectations. A few items were acceptable: • Dynamic Gobi (1LT) – Good • Veg Kheema Pulav (1LT) – Good • Veg Hakka Noodles (1MT) – Good Unfortunately, most of the dishes were unsatisfactory: • Karampodi Chicken – Very dry and poor in quality • Butter Chicken (1MT) – Just okay • Garlic Naan (120 pcs) – Thick and doughy • Goat Dum Biryani (1LT) – Very few pieces of meat and lacked flavor The desserts and Kadai Paneer were especially disappointing: • Shahi Tukda (1LT) – This was essentially just toasted bread with condensed milk poured over it — nowhere close to a proper Shahi Tukda. • Kadai Paneer – Tasted nothing like Kadai Paneer; it was loaded with onions and had a very unpleasant flavor. The raita and salna were also unremarkable. The poor food quality led to widespread complaints from almost everyone at the event, which was quite embarrassing. We reached out to Peppers afterward to share our feedback, but the overall experience was highly disappointing.

  I recently ordered takeout in the end of February. The pickup time was 5:27 PM. I arrived at that time, and stood there for close to 45 minutes waiting for my order, with my young child waiting with me. In the first 5 minutes I had two separate staff members ask me my name and tell me it will be ready shortly. After that no one said a word, just walked past me several times, essentially avoiding me. I witnessed two parties come in, order, and receive their meals all during the near hour I waited. Upon receiving my food, I was so late for my plans that I didn't even ask for a manager. I instead called as soon as I got in the car. He hardly acknowledged my concern and stated it was because the over was too hot and the Nan bread would be too hard. Had anyone explained that to me I would have left without the bread. He offered to refund me the charge of the Naan bread (This never actually happened, no refund was ever received). This entire encounter could have been much more pleasant had anyone explained to me what was taking so long. I can confidently say I will be taking my business somewhere else, and have advised my friends and family to do the same.

  Extremely disappointed with the service. My pickup order was clearly sitting on the table ready, but the lady told me it was 'still being prepared'. I waited for 15 minutes only to be handed the exact same cold packet that was there when I arrived. The staff was not thorough in checking the parcels, leading to poor customer service. I hope management addresses this to improve their pickup workflow.
