Server Rob and fellow restauranteurs acted with aplomb to my social blunder. Sam was quick to refill my signature Tellus libation. Most satisfying family afternoon.

They set us up an intimate corner, were consistently coming to check on our tables needs, and allowed me to bring in a birthday cake with number candles and lit it for us in the restaurant. Also, their food is amazing. Their pizza is some of the best I’ve had in Western MA and we love their Korean Fried Chicken Wings.

I lost track of how many times I was knocked over, hair pulled, drinks poured on me, and had my own drink smacked out of my hand. The whole place smelled like rancid fish. Grown men aggressively pushing me out of the way at the bar. Groups of men surrounding me and other woman while waiting for the bathroom. Multiple fights almost breaking out because of how crowded it was. Security was nowhere to be found. This wasn’t just uncomfortable. It was unsafe. I have enjoyed this place for many years but sadly will not be returning. Do better and keep your customers safe.
