  We ordered from Domino’s Pizza and North Reading and everything was great. The stuffed cheesy bread was warm, cheesy, and so good, and the thin crust pizza was perfectly crispy and flavorful. The order was fresh, fast, and delicious. Lucky to have you in town!”

  I really wanted this location to be consistent because its within delivery radius of my place. I've given this store multiple chances now and the quality is just not good. Tonight's order has been the worst so far. Items incorrect (ordered bbq wings that came with no sauce on them, missing dipping sauce) and the delivery was frustrating. Took over an hour and I was regularly checking the delivery tracker. The tracker updated at 9:48 to say that the delivery was completed at 9:28. I checked outside of my building and no food was there. I called the store to ask what was going on and they said that my road is closed so they had to go around. The road closure has an immediate detour that adds about 30 seconds to the drive, but they said the road closure was going to delay them another 5 minutes. The delivery showed up ~10 minutes later. When I went to pick up my food, it had been left DIRECTLY in front of the door leading to a shared apartment space. So I had to knock my food over to free up the door.

  The girl chef and no one there is using gloves. She is always on the phone and touching everywhere while making pizza. I ordered pizza 3 times here and asked online on half; 2 out of 3 they did not pay attention and spread onion everywhere! Maybe better not to be on the phone on the job! And when handled cash, wash again your hands! Generally it is ok but needs a lot of improvements.

  Everytime I have ordered from this location via the app or delivery apps the pizza is SEVERELY undercooked!!! EVEN for the crispy thin crust which is generally supposed to be well done! You can’t even count on the people to make the pizza well done don’t when you call in and respectfully request them to do so. I highly doubt I’ll be ordering here again

  The pizza, pasta, cheesy bread and boneless chicken tasted just fine. The only complaint my husband had is that when he picked up the food he saw that the man preparing the pizza had no gloves and was touching door handles and receipts while also touching food. He tried to take pictures but another employee blocked my husband from taking the picture. The other employee was wearing her gloves while touching food. Not happy to hear that people aren’t being clean.
