- KEkayla evansJul 16, 20261.0I stop at this Dunkin’ almost every morning before work, and unfortunately, mistakes have become the norm rather than the exception. Today I ordered ahead, and when I got there, my donut was missing. I understood they were busy, so I waited patiently for about 10 minutes. During that time, no one acknowledged me or asked if I was waiting for something. I finally had to ask for my donut, which should have been ready with the rest of my mobile order. This isn’t a one time incident. Almost every time I come here, something is forgotten or my order is made incorrectly. Last week, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese Wake-Up Wrap and received it without the sausage. It’s disappointing because I come here so often and expect at least some consistency. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy mornings, but the lack of attention to customers and the repeated order errors have become very frustrating. I hope management takes these issues seriously because the customer service and quality control need significant improvement.
