- MPMairead PrattSep 27, 20261.0Don’t usually leave reviews, but I am so disappointed with the customer service received in the bakery dept. I ordered a custom cake last week for my son’s birthday party today, even called and confirmed the order via phone the day it was ordered with their decorator AND received email confirmation of my order via email. While today when going to pick up the cake we were met with empty hands, and no answers as to why it was not completed. The head decorator is out today, and while the employee we spoke to was pleasant and apologetic, the head decorator denied ever confirming the order, even though it clearly shows in their system it was accepted. My son is beyond disappointed, and it is safe to say that after several years ordering cakes through this location, we will no longer be doing that. Very upsetting.

You spend over $100 on 3 bags worth of groceries, you would think you can get home safely with them. Absolutely horrible and cheap quality

The employees were quite pleasant and helpful finding something.
