  went in for a normal burrito. the lady who put it together folded it into a near perfect sphere somehow. when i said that i need it like a burrito and not a sphere she responded by shaking her head and saying the first words i heard her spoke when she said “no, this is how…”. at that point i walked out because of rude service and poorly put together food. it’s a shame because i haven’t had any similar experiences at the other 4+ locations i have gotten food from.

  This Chipotle location is consistently low on ingredients, slow to fulfill orders, visibly understaffed, and poorly maintained. The dining and service areas are frequently dirty, which raises concerns about the overall management and cleanliness of the restaurant. The attached photos clearly show conditions that fall well below the level of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service customers should reasonably expect from Chipotle.

  Yeah it's rare that I write reviews, let alone negative ones. I gave this Chipotle location 4 chances, very spaced out, and I'm in total disbelief. I'm not sure if it's the people working there, if they have limited food and constantly run out of things, or if it's an extremely popular location and they can't keep up/it's out of their control. Either way, it needs to change. I have gotten take out twice and dined in twice. First time was when they first opened. Went in, order was correct obviously because it was made in front of me, food was great, but wow was it absolutely filthy in there. It was soon after they had opened, so obviously you have to give them grace. Same thing goes for the second time I dined in, and they were out of so many items (including the tomato salsa, weird.) I got take out twice. I always order extra fajita veggies, and both times I got zero fajita veggies, among other things missing. Chipotle, please fix this. It's obviously fixable because I have been to so so so many Chipotle locations and this is by far the most despicable.

  Not one to write reviews but this one needs to be said. Ordered chipotle the correct name and order it on the bag and sticker on my bowl however there are items included in the bowl I did not order and they forgot rice….RICE. I tried to call the store numerous times but their phones are off. Very disappointed and will NOT return to this location.

  Can't get a simple bowl correct. Pretty much every ingredient I asked for I got the opposite. Ask for brown rice, I got white. Wanted pinto beans, i got black. I paid extra for queso on the burrito and didn't even get any at all. I double checked the receipt and everything printed correctly so I don't know what the disconnect was. Couldn't be bothered to read the slip I guess... The chips were so stale they were chewy. The music the kitchen plays is typically garbage and being played so loud it's hard to communicate with the staff. I also wouldn't expect anywhere to sit and eat your over priced food they can't get correct considering this location is consistently dirty and unsanitary. I reached out as soon as I realized my order was completely wrong and was told I would get a coupon for free chips and queso to the email I placed the order with and didn't even get that. I tried to give them time to get their bearings after the grand opening but it's been months and they can't seem to get it together based on all the other reviews stating that this location is gross.
