  I've been here a few times. It is by far the slowest and worst customer service of any chipotle I've ever been to. Today since there is only ever 1 person working the food assembly line it took forever to get my burrito ordered, then right as it was done and got put into a bag the cashier left the register and started chopping chicken. After 4-5 more people were piled up just waiting to pay a drive thru employee walked over and rang me up.

  The worst Chipotle ever built. There is always a wait. No one communicates with you. They run out of key ingredients and today I waited over an hour with no food or any explanation. The place was a mess. They need to hire Gordon Ramsey or close down. I walked out tonight without any food and won’t return.

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this Chipotle location. Unfortunately, after multiple visits, the experience has consistently been disappointing. The restaurant frequently appears understaffed or poorly maintained. Employees often seem unhappy or disengaged, and the location is regularly out of—or running low on—various food items. The dining area is also frequently unclean, with trash left on tables, gloves on the floor, and utensil and napkin stations left empty. More concerning is the food preparation area. I have repeatedly noticed what appears to be cross-contamination between ingredients, employees not changing their gloves between tasks, and workstations that are not kept as clean as I would expect from a restaurant. These issues have occurred consistently enough that they no longer seem like isolated incidents. This location would benefit greatly from improved cleanliness, food-handling practices, organization, and overall management.

  Came in at 10:45. No one greeted me until almost 11. None of the food was ready and then I went to get lemonade and they were all basically empty and the fountain Minute Maid was pouring water. They finally swapped it but there were no cup covers or napkins outs Was in here for almost 30 minutes to grab lunch. Disaster

  I come here nearly every day, the workers know who I am. I’ve been here twice today. None of the workers speak English, the same ladies have been working here since they opened and they still don’t know how to fold a burrito or work the system. She tried to charge me 50 dollars for chips. The steak is cooked horrible and constantly empty and so is the chicken. The taller lady always gives me the dirtiest looks when I am so nice to her and she gets visibly angry when someone orders. The utensil station is constantly wrecked. Ben deserves a raise because he’s the only person I see with a hustle ever and he’s kind. I spend over 200 dollars a month here and it’s rare that I get a good experience. This place sucks do not come here.
