  I went into the Dartmouth Location yesterday to buy some bagels. When I saw the Cinnamon Crunch bagels I asked the girl if those were in fact the Cinnamon Crunch and she said yes, I said to her I can't believe you're selling those like that they are burnt wnd she just kind of looked at me and nodded. I decided to get six Asiago cheese bagels, when I had one today I realized they didn't even seem like a bagel It basically just seemed like a piece of bread. I don't know who was making the bagels yesterday but I don't know what happened. I mean it was good it just didn't seem like a bagel consistency to me, It seemed more late bread. I really wanted three Cinnamon Crunch and 3 Asiago Cheese so as you can see I was disappointed all around...🥲 Do better Panera...

  Was an online order that was a takeout. They bumped the time to an hour. Well, it’s been an hour and 10 minutes and it’s still not done longest wait I’ve ever seen most disorganized Panera I’ve ever been at. If you could possibly avoid this Place do so.

  The worst panera location I've ever had the displeasure of visiting, they weren't busy but managed to serve me disgusting excuse for food. I used their kiosk to order and sat quietly, not sure why I was served this sad excuse of a meal. Maybe cos I didnt tip when I used the kiosk? Why is tipping added when you order yourself, why are we punished for not tipping on an order I placed myself on their kiosk. Shows me this place is a greedy corporation who doesn't pay their employees enough. I ordered and paid extra for a chicken ceaser salad, got the plain one. And when I open my box to look at my avocado toast, well see for yourself, they were even nice enough to add a piece of corn ?? I already drove away and got home so I cant get my money back so writing this to warn others, check your bag! Also the way my food was handled id say these employees need a lesson on handling others food. Did they take a bite from it or dug their fingers in my toast? Looks like it. Either way im not eating this slop and wasted $20.

  My mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before I even got to the restaurant and had to wait about 40 minutes before the food was even ready. Not counting the time that I had to wait for my food bag to be “checked” which that took another 20 minutes because the manager that was checking them was too busy yelling at the employees. So by this point I have been waiting over an hour for my food, which is ridiculous. Don’t come here if you want a fast meal.

  They’ve changed the bread they use, it’s now frozen, not fresh, and tastes awful. Really disappointed
