I asked for a medium vanilla, cold brew black with chocolate cold foam she gave me regular cold foam. I handed it back to her and how lazy they are she put the chocolate cold foam on top of the other cold foam.

Tried call at 6:53pm to ask why I was still charged . First call no answer 2nd call hung up on. 3rd call sent to fax machine. 4th call no answer. Really!!!! And you don't close till 7pm. Worst customer service ever. I will be sending a complete to corporate meanwhile my card still remains charged.
