When I asked what had been put in my coffee, I was met with an attitude and a visibly frustrated employee, as though asking what was in my incorrectly made drink was somehow an inconvenience. Apparently, if they don’t have the correct ingredient, they just take it upon themselves to substitute something else without asking. And if you question it, be prepared for an attitude. Very unprofessional, poorly trained, careless stafff.
