- KEKowl EfeApr 8, 20261.0It breaks my heart to review this place so low since it used to be my go-to Dunks but over the past 3 months the mistakes have grown to the point where entire items or additions (cold foam and protein milk) I pay for are not even in my order. For example this week alone, on Monday my bag did not have my hashbrowns nor did my coffee have the cold foam or protein milk (it’s was practically black save for the slight color from the syrup), then today my $6 meal deal was just a bagel with cream cheese. Now I always order dairy free options (I can handle one slice of American cheese) but the audacity to make an egregious error like that. This place has errors upwards of 80% of the time and needs to be looked into. There’s two staff who are always on the ball though, one manager who I occasionally have quick fun banter with and one employee (the short redhead) who calls me out during a rush if my mobile coffee order had something that was out of stock so it can be made differently. Other than those two, this place is rather poor on the basic follow through if following the orders and stickers that are right there. I get there are rushes but come on guys. Something has to be done. The amount of errors I have had to pay for are practically theft at this point. I’m not returning.
