- PMPub MixOct 4, 20261.0Went to the Shaws today and I’m sorry but it was a disaster. Empty shelves everywhere, deli department stated we just didn’t make chicken salad today.the store is over run by cardboard displays it was super frustrating. Dairy department wiped out and mold growing on the shelves ? Ooooooof
- MMmarjOct 4, 20265.0I live 2 minutes away from Stop & Shop, but I prefer to drive 12-15 mins away to Shaws. I have been shopping at this location for more than a decade. Other than the good sales, they also have outstanding employees. One of them is Arlene Gilbert- I bought eggs and was cashing out when I saw her getting rubber bands and putting them on the egg cartons- and I said- for all the years I have been shopping here, YOU are the 1st one who has done that. She replied by saying she BUYS HER OWN rubber bands and she makes it a point to use them for any customer buying eggs. What a wonderful thing to do! As an employee, I hope you take note of how she cares for Shaws customers. Kudus to Arlene Gilbert! Can Shaws management make sure that each Cashier have there own bags of rubber band, other than using it on egg cartons, they can also use it for blueberries, or any fruit that are in those flimsy plastic containers.

They go out their way to help and answer every single question without an attitude, unlike every cvs I've dealt with in the past. Always in and out, never having to wait in long lines. Highly recommend them and appreciate all their hard work!

Didn’t realize until I got home. Called the store 4 times to get a refund and just kept getting put on hold. 0 star customer service do better
