  Wow, Adrien in Drive Up and Go is so amazing! He always helps my wheelchair-bound son out when we go. Great kid! Great cologne too

  I just wanted to take the time to tell you about an outstanding employee of yours. Her name is Joan at the service desk. We come from R. I. to go to No. Attleboro. We are surrounded by two Stop & Shops, & Market Basket, but if you need someone in the bakery, she gets someone. Today we saw her in one of the aisles, & she asked if we needed help with anything. She is so kind, & caring , & passionate, & is more than willing to help others. You leave feeling on top of the world. These days everyone complains about everything, so when someone goes over & above the call of duty. They need to be acknowledge. Excellent customer service.

  Very unfriendly deli ladies. That was disgusting behavior! Wow. In fact, the whole staff there is terrible. No one is willing to help you. They ignore you. They all look miserable and never smile.

  I visited Shaw's around 6:15 PM today to buy Mother's Day flowers and noticed the $5 charge for flower wrapping. After choosing my flowers, I waited in line. I checked my wallet for cash while waiting so I can tip. When I got to the front, the manager wrapping flowers seemed immediately irritated with me. She and another female employee (not the young man assisting her) discussed their frustration out loud. The female employee then stated to me, that wrapping was an extra $5 per flower. Since everyone was getting their flowers wrapped, I didn't realize she was speaking to me. She then loudly asked if I was okay with the extra charge per flower, I turned around and said oh I didn’t know you were speaking to me but yes that’s fine. I noticed that other customers with multiple flowers weren't addressed this way. Two men also in line turned and looked at the employee. The manager continued expressing her frustration about wrapping my flowers out loud. which made me feel singled out and embarrassed. Please review the security footage because this incident was very upsetting.

  The older self-checkout employee named Roberth seriously needs to reconsider working with customers. Every interaction feels hostile and unhelpful. I’ve dealt with his bad attitude, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist on multiple occasions now, and it’s becoming unacceptable.
