    Coffee was bitter and did not make as ordered although simple, coffee with almond milk. Staff was not friendly and very poor overall experience. We will not be back again.

    I was served cold hash browns with cold cheese sauce when I went to the counter to tell them that my hash browns were cold, the girl said well the hash browns that were behind the counter were warm I was not offered a replacement or even to have my order warmed up. I was not treated with respect as a paying customer and the girl argued with me. I ate the cold hash browns because that was my breakfast and I didn't have a choice. I would never come back to this Dunkin' donuts again, and I hope the manager takes note of what kind of people he has working in his store
