  Sometimes employees here have only one customer and still give you the wrong thing, they look like they don't care. But this is because they don't get paid enough to care. So owners please pay people a living wage so that they give us customers better service.

  A few of my friends and I decided to head over to Dairy Queen to get some Ice cream and burgers. We were the first people in line and had to wait 25 minutes to order because all of the workers were socializing instead of doing their job. When we finally got to order, the workers would keep calling us “bro” or “dude.” We ordered 3 burgers and somehow ended up getting 10. They gave us a free cheeseburger at the end for free and then immediately charged us for it. The staff insisted we didn’t pay for our food even though we had all paid for and gotten everything we ordered. My friend ordered a $6 burger and the staff took the $6 and gave him back $2 obviously paying too much attention to the conversation with their co-workers to realize that they had scammed themselves. I had to go wash my hands in the restroom, but unfortunately had to walk through the women’s restroom to get to the men’s room. Once I got to the right restroom, I was too scared to wash my hands because someone was using the urinal that was 1 foot away from the sink without even a wall of some sort in between which made me feel very uncomfortable. When we went to get our drinks the root beer came out as watered down yellow liquid. The entire restaurant was downright filthy. The floor, walls, ceiling, and tables were covered in layers of dirt. In the end I would not be coming back to this horrible establishment.

  The service is slow. The food is usually good but the dining area is messy. The sundae's should come with whipped cream

  Ice cream was already melted when given to us at the window and tasted odd. The staff was friendly but definitely not what I'm used to when it comes to DQ.

  Walked in for a mobile order pick up, asked by 2 employees who didn't bother to check pick up shelf (which my food was already up on) so stood there for 15 minutes before finally asking an employee to specifically check for my name again. Awful attention to customers and employees clearly not bothering to communicate.
