  Great food and generous portions at this burger place; their fries are especially delicious and perfectly cooked. However, the prices can feel a bit steep for a casual dining experience, and it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid choice when you're craving a burger, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Elias A, the manager at Five Guys in North Andover. Yesterday, we received an incorrect order in the night shift - which was understandably frustrating as we couldn’t make an exchange as the restaurant was already closed when we got home and realized our order was wrong. However, when we returned today around 2:30 PM to address the issue, Elias completely transformed our experience. From the moment he assisted us, he was incredibly attentive, understanding, and professional. He listened carefully to our concerns, showed genuine empathy, and handled the situation with exceptional customer care. What truly stood out was his ability to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Despite the initial issue and the less accommodating behavior of other staff members, Elias ensured that we felt valued and respected as customers. His calm demeanor, kindness, and commitment to excellent service reflect the highest standards of professionalism. Elias A deserves full credit for restoring our confidence in this location. Five Guys is fortunate to have a manager who exemplifies such dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Elias, for your exemplary service!

  The food tonight 2/14, wasn’t being cooked properly and it looked very gross and overcooked. Leaving the burger there on the counter and five minutes later wraps it up the bacon was very over cooked and not hot. Very upsetting experience.

  Every time i go there a young guy with a black shirt i don’t remember his name but he is usually there afternoon and the evening he is just the best ever very nice and professional you feel really welcomed keep up the good work and energy

  I visited the Five Guys location on December 27, 2023, and placed a sizable order that included burgers, fries, a milkshake, and a soda. The team, especially Dave W., handled everything with efficiency and care. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and customized exactly as requested. I appreciated the attention to detail—especially with the toppings and exclusions. The environment was clean, and the service was friendly and prompt. The receipt was clear and itemized, showing transparency in pricing and payment. Thank you for making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
