  I placed a mobile order for a couple coffees and a bag of ground coffee. When I arrived to pick it up they informed me they didn't have any ground coffee. They said they could refund my card, but I didn't have it with me as it was attached to the app to pay. They said they could give me a credit on my app, but I don't use their app in that way so I said I didn't want that. They told me I could leave then and I told them not without a refund or at least a different bag of coffee, because I told them at this point I'll take a different bag. The guy walked away and said he was going to call the cops and was texting on his phone. I asked for the store manager and he stated he was, so I asked for his name which he replied he wasn't going to give me that. He was talking to me through the window when the lady taking the orders slammed the window stating she couldn't hear. He came back over and said we'll try this one more time. What kind of coffee do you want? I said whole bean. Once he got it for me he rudely stated here you go. Personally I would NOT recommend going there if you want friendly service

  Not one to leave reviews, but this location is always behind and slow. You may be waiting 4-10 min in line to get your food. The hash browns always feel mushy like they were soaked in light mist of water. Last, the heavy set lady with black and blond hair is very rude and has an attitude.
