  Two terrible experiences, almost back to back. The first time I went here, I was in the drive-through and the person in front of me was handed a bag of food and he proceeded to dig through it while waiting for his coffee and then handed the bag back. The woman working the drive-through then dug through it with her hands and pulled everything out and put it back in. I was led to believe that was my food, but obviously somebody else else’s, and I’m not going to eat something that was just fondled bare handed by two people. Today I went there and the drive-through was overflowing, so I went inside and I was second in line and waited. Five or six minutes and the person in front of me had been there longer and was visibly frustrated, so I walked out. They didn’t even acknowledge us. They were just sitting there on their phones, cranking out drive-through orders. Never again.

  Quite possibly the slowest dunkin donuts I've ever gone to. There was nobody in line ahead of us and it still took almost 15 minutes to get our coffee.

  This might be the slowest coffee drive thru I’ve ever been to. Every time it seems to take an absurdly long time for just a coffee.

  They made the wrong coffee and tried to convince me to take it saying they didn’t have the other ingredients. This is after waiting 15 minutes for a coffee I pre ordered through the app ten minutes prior. Countless times dunks drops the ball over and over. I’ve been coming to dunks for 15 years and today I’m uninstalling the app and choosing a new coffee place

  This may be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the state of Massachusetts. I have come here multiple times as it is on my way to work and they consistently do not know what is going on. There have been countless times where I have placed a mobile order for them to tell me that they do not know what I ordered or they even have what I want. Take this morning for instance; I ordered a large coffee prior to arriving. Once I arrived, I waited 3 minutes at the speaker until someone asked me for what I ordered. Once they did, I drove to the window where I proceeded to wait again for another 3 minutes before getting asked if what I ordered then they proceeded to ask me if it was the right location. Then I wait another 3 minutes for them to come back and tell me that they found my order but somehow have no large cups so I need to get a medium but in all actuality, I paid for a large lol. This Dunks literally causes a 4 minute interaction into 15 minutes because they are all genuinely confused. Absolutely insane but somehow still operating. I do want to say that I literally never write reviews but man, they caught me off guard this morning and really set my day off. Avoid this place at all costs.
