  I’ve been to this Chipotle location multiple times, and unfortunately, today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. It was a busy Sunday, and the location was clearly understaffed. On top of that, their online ordering computer wasn’t working, which made the situation even worse. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency from some of the employees. The employee handling online orders was standing there while there was a growing line, rather than stepping in to help. At one point, an older woman working there actually had to tell her to get moving and help out. Honestly, the older employee had more energy and urgency than some of the much younger employees. The person working the register was also extremely slow and seemed to have absolutely no sense of urgency. It took around five minutes just to ring out a single order. When you have a line building up on a busy Sunday, that kind of pace is frustrating for both customers and the other employees. I was on my break from work and ended up spending my entire break standing in line just to get my food. That’s unacceptable, especially when you’re dealing with a busy Sunday and a long line of customers. I understand that being understaffed can make things difficult, and I don’t blame the employees for the staffing situation. However, when you’re working in a busy environment, you still expect some level of urgency, teamwork, and effort. I’ve never experienced this at this location before, which makes it even more disappointing. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. Management really needs to address both the staffing situation and the overall sense of urgency and customer service at this location.

  Worst chipotle of all time. Put no food in the bowl like bro was gonna save it for himself later. Double chicken was like a regular scoop anywhere else. Bowl was full of watered down sour cream. TRASH!!!!!

  Kind of dirty ill be honest, COMING from management at another restaurant comparing the two this chipotle is under trained, and does not work efficient enough, the line should not take 5 minutes to do one person’s order and they need to be on top of cleaning when its always dirty at the dining room, and the workers need to start greeting people because it can make them feel very unwelcomed especially when they’re waiting a lot for their orders
