At least 10 Door dashers crowded around the mobile pickup and more people flooding in every couple minutes. In store line has gone through at least 3x. One person handling mobile. No one seems to be trying to slow the surge. Someone else’s order delayed almost a hour. Amazing this place is still in business.

I have worked at chipotle before so I understand that it can be difficult to push orders through when it’s busy. All 3 times I’ve been here the store has been empty with no lines, yet the staff continues to treat me like I’m interrupting their day off. The gentleman that helped me on the line today had to handle the hot side, salsa, expo, and cash on his own so the attitude was understandable. The managers were just yelling across the kitchen doing their own thing. Given that I was one of the only customers in the restaurant I was hoping for a smoother experience. The lobby was disgusting, you could tell zero lobby checks have been done throughout the day. Do not recommend until some changes are made.

It's the second time I've been here, both at different times of day, and it will unquestionably be the last. Both times they have been "out of" chicken, salsa,and guacamole. The first time they were also "out of" steak. Really?!?! Meanwhile there's a FULL station of it right behind the serving line for online orders and they will NOT budge on "borrowing" any from the online starion. It's insult to injury to in-store customers. Prep better or put the online orders station in the back of the store where the customers standing in front of you that have waited in line for FAR LONGER don't have to be insulted right to their face that you're clearly just about the dollar that's already been paid online and your kickback from delivery service. Both times I have been, the store is an absolute disaster, the soda machines have been out of at least three flavors, and no one is making it a priority to replenish the necessities needed or to clean tables to actually enjoy a meal there.
