  I have been coming here every week for multiple years, i used to love it. My overall experience has simply just plummeted every time I come and it is honestly sad to see such a once great establishment go to shit. I was repeatedly having to spit out chicken because it was not cooked enough, and they did not have white rice. Not sure how that is even possible when there is 18 people working and no white rice. When it was my turn to order I looked at the mobile order section where I see white rice in the bucket over there, I nicely asked the woman working if I could have some of the rice from there and she looked at me and said sorry that is only for mobile orders, I said how other workers have gotten me stuff from that section countless times and she just simply said “sorry.” Then I finally just said okay do brown rice and she gives me the most measliest sorriest dried out little sliver of rice, I kindly asked for more and she gave me some more and then threw the spoon in the dish angrily. I dont understand how you can be that miserable. If I were a chipotle executive I would fire everyone except for the white dude with the glasses because he is a beauty. But realistically there should never be a scenario when working in the service industry where you are rude to a customer because YOU messed up and dont have rice. I have put up with the decline in quality of this place for so long and I have finally been pushed over the edge, changes must be made.

  I had a quick lunch at Chipotle today. The food was relatively good. But the biggest surprise was the price. Yes, I ordered guacamole and a soda on top, but $23 for a meal in cafe is a bit much. Especially considering there's a Japanese restaurant literally next door, with waiters and beer and lunch starts at $16.

  Had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today. The staff was professional, fast, and respectful even during a busy rush. The food was fresh, portions were generous, and the restaurant stayed clean and organized the entire time. You can tell the team works hard to keep customers moving while still delivering quality service. That kind of efficiency and customer care makes a big difference. Definitely one of the better fast-food experiences I’ve had recently.

  I’ve never had to go out of my way to say something negative about a restaurant. I’ve never felt so disappointed like I did today. The amount of protein they put in my bowl was unbelievable. I’m a paying customer. I shouldn’t be feeling like I’m begging for free food. I proceeded to ask for extra protein and it disappointed again. I love chipotle but this location needs to be checked by the owners. I come and see the reviews and it all makes completely sense. The rating says it all. I don’t want no reply like the other comments talking about reach us out to here so we can help. You guys should be reaching out to everyone who’s had a terrible experience at this location. If not Mind as well close the restaurant down.
