They don't put any of the orders on the pre-order shelf and then when you're standing there for 15 minutes nobody says hello ad every person is stuck at their 1 station helping a never-ending line, the people here are very nice but extremely overworked... you need to hire extra employees to be able to handle this traffic because they are clearly overworked and understaffed and I can tell they are doing their best. SO it seems like a company problem NOT a team problem, hire more people for this location because you're going to continue pissing customers off with this type of experience

Every time I come Paola is always helping me and guiding me to which bowl tasty . Paola is very hard working she’s always making sure you have everything you order and she is sweet I love to see her . The other day I came and she was working and this place was full of flies . Flies on the food , flies flying around people waiting on line to order it was disgusting . But every time Paola is working there’s never flies . Thank you Paola for keeping my fav Cava spot fly free and clean

This is the first time ever rating something negative in my life because usually I accept it and move on. But this time I won’t accept it in the past 6 months I have ordered 2 times from here through door dash. What I have received both times is a bowl with rice and some vegetables and no protein no sauce . If you don’t have protein like chicken or salmon like I ordered you could of cancelled my order I let it slide last time I didn’t even get refund or raised the issue to DoorDash this time you guys got what you were asking for I will take it up with DoorDash and leave a review for the amazing order you have sent me. My wife has asked me for dinner as my responsibility for tonight this is what I got. And dinner became a divorce situation due to your service
