  This is the first time ever rating something negative in my life because usually I accept it and move on. But this time I won’t accept it in the past 6 months I have ordered 2 times from here through door dash. What I have received both times is a bowl with rice and some vegetables and no protein no sauce . If you don’t have protein like chicken or salmon like I ordered you could of cancelled my order I let it slide last time I didn’t even get refund or raised the issue to DoorDash this time you guys got what you were asking for I will take it up with DoorDash and leave a review for the amazing order you have sent me. My wife has asked me for dinner as my responsibility for tonight this is what I got. And dinner became a divorce situation due to your service

  What is going on with the team at this location? I’m really not someone who likes leaving bad reviews, but this is the second time my dinner has been ruined after spending a significant amount of money here. I decided to give this location another chance and ordered dinner for my husband and me. I ordered salmon and he ordered chicken, both with specific ingredients and sides, but our order arrived completely wrong and several of the items we selected were missing. Mistakes can happen, but when it happens twice especially after paying this much it’s extremely disappointing. I really hope management pays more attention to what is happening with their team and how orders are being prepared.

  This place is terrible. It is full of team workers and it does not seem like they have any adult supervisor. The last time I came here, I ordered a chicken pita, and I found a gigantic bone in my food after already biting it, and it hurt my teeth. when I asked for a refund, they did not give me it. On top of that, they always close so early 20 minutes before closing time if not more. It’s ridiculous.

  The restaurant always closes so early and lied about running out food. They do this to close early and locked the doors. When you order on the app it still shows food being available to order and working in fast food in the past it is very unprofessional, would not come again and do business here. Last but not least I waited until they open the door and they said they ran out of food and threw it out…. Can’t do both at the same time at 9:40pm.

  Me and my friends love CAVA food, but however the workers and customer service was disgusting. My friend is of Korean decent and the workers WAS RACIST TO HER. There were multiple instances of blatant racist comments that most of the staff probably heard and did nothing. Super dismissive serving, could barely hear them and was giving us attitude. Mocking, faces and short tempered the staff or the particular gentleman serving us had terrible behaviour that ultimately made our meal and atmosphere unpleasant.
