Even though they don’t close until 8pm, the staff was actively throwing all of the donuts into the trash, and all of the baked items had been cleared out. I was unable to get the donuts that I wanted (they were most likely in the trash). I’m less upset with the poor customer service (the staff was not at all apologetic) and more upset by the amount of food waste. While I understand that unpurchased donuts are discarded when the stores closes, there were still 40 mins for customers, including myself, to come in and buy some. Note that there was a customer leaving when I entered, and two customers entering as I left, so it was still active at this time.

Then she proceeded to say “Well you shouldn’t have left.” And I asked for the manager and they said he wasn’t there. There’s honestly always some issue in this place I’ve complained to the manager before too but he doesn’t seem to care that much..:(
